Shipping – Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping by DPD Classic

1. General

The DPD ist our shipping partner No.1!

The cheapest shipping costs and daily pickup is guaranteed with the choice of this shipping partner for germany and europe!

This has the result that your package is getting as quickly as possible to the logistic center of DPD and you will save shipping costs compared to DHL.

The packages contain minimal / maximum following dimensions for a delivery:

• The girth must not exceed 300cm (The girth is calculated from 1x Längeste side + 2x width + 2x height)

2. Shipping costs & shipping time

A) Shipping time:

The delivery will be handed over to DPD within 24-48 hours (Monday-Saturday) upon receipt of your payment (Pay in advance by Bank or Paypal). The delivery time of parcel services within Germany is usually 1-2 working days, with a worldwide delivery abroad it can be 5-12 working days.

B) Shipping costs within Germany

The shippimng costs are:

• Gross weight up to 3 kg: 4,00 EUR plus VAT
• Gross weight up to 5 kg: 4,50 EUR plus VAT
• Gross weight up to 15 kg: 6,00 EUR plus VAT
• Gross weight up to 20 kg: 6,50 EUR plus VAT
• Gross weight up to 31,5 kg: 7,00 EUR plus VAT

The gross weight of the goods corresponds to the weight of the goods, the shipping packaging and the filler. A calculation of the shipping costs takes place at the checkout, that all ordered goods are considered.

Free shipping (only within Germany) from a value of 150, - €. *** Not valid for bulky goods above 31,5kg and / or a girth of 300cm ***

4. Returns:

The return of goods is chargeable. You as a buyer bear the costs for the return of the shipment. This clause applies to the shipment to all DPD zones also Germany.

5. Shipping by cash on delivery:

No possible option by shipping with DPD!

6.Shippinginternational

If the goods are shipped to a non-EU country, additional costs may be incurred due to customs duties, taxes or fees. However these are not to be paid to us but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. For details please inquire in advance with your competent customs or tax authorities.

Shipping by DHL Package

1. General Information

Domestic shipments (i.e. in Germany) weighing up to 31.5 kg will be delivered reliably with DHL Paket, a product of DHL Vertriebs GmbH.

Minimal/Maximal size of packages:

• Min.: 15cm / 11cm / 1cm
• Max.: 120cm / 60cm / 60cm

Pre-order shipping costs

As a rule, all pre-ordered items must be ordered separately, with separate shipping costs for each order (if delivery is selected. Different conditions apply when you collect your purchase yourself.) But if several articles are delivered at or nearly at the same time, we correct your invoices, send the articles in one package and bill you for shipping only once. In communication with each customer we can also store individual purchases for up to one week in order to wait for other articles and create a single package.

We inform you per mail once your pre-ordered goods arrive at our depot, and also we send you a current invoice including corrected cost of shipping, if applicable.

2. Delivery times

We process all orders immediately, at the latest on the week day following your purchase. Delivery takes 24-48 hours after dispatch.

3. Shipping costs

Standard shipments in Germany

A) A) Delivery times:

Your package will be handed to the parcel service after 24-48 hours (Mon-Sat) after payment has been received. Delivery in Germany takes 1-2 working days, international delivery takes 3-12 working days.

B) B) Domestic shipping costs
The costs for domestic shipments are structured according to the combined weight of merchandise, filling material and package, which make up the gross weight of your parcel. The shipping total is calculated at checkout, as to include your complete order.

• Gross weight of parcel < 1 kg: 5,00 EUR, VAT included
• Gross weight of parcel < 3 kg: 5,50 EUR, VAT included
• Gross weight of parcel < 5 kg: 6,70 EUR, VAT included
• Gross weight of parcel < 10 kg: 7,60 EUR, VAT included
• Gross weight of parcel < 31,5 kg: 12,00 EUR, VAT included

Free shipping (domestic only) for any orders with a higher merchandise value than 150 €. Does NOT include bulky goods.

4. Returns:

A fee is required for any returns. The buyer covers any cost for return shipping . This condition is valid for shipping to any DHL zones.

5. Cash on delivery:

COD service grants our customers a secure method of payment. Payment for your order is made upon delivery to the DHL parcel service in cash.
The following fees for the parcel service apply when choosing Cash on Delivery-payment:

1 VAT included.

2 VAT exempt.

This shipping method can only be chosen for domestic shipments.

International Shipping

Sending our merchandise to countries which are not part of the European Union can incur further costs, e.g. duties, taxes or fees. These costs are not payable paid to us, but to the local duty/tax authorities. To avoid unpleasant surprises, please refer to your local authorities before you order from us.

DHL International Package (incl. transport insurance up to 500 EUR)

The shipping prices listed above do not include taxes. When shipping to EU member states (zone 1), we add VAT; shipping to other zones is VAT-exempt.
