Modes of Payment – Flexible and Secure

Choose the perfect method of payment for your situation

Shipping costs are partly dependent on the chosen mode of payment. The prices listed in our offers are final prices including all price components and taxes (such as value-added tax). Only in case of cross-border supplies other taxes (for intra-community acquisitions or other cases depending on your local tax authorities) or payments might be due to the local competent authorities.

Shipping is not included in those prices, the shipping costs are listed separately under the “Shipping” tag. They will be listed separately during the order process as well and are to be covered by the customer.

Any payment is due only when the merchandise has become available!

The customerr get from us after we receive the goods (in advance) an email notification that the goods are in stock and can now be paid from you. Important: From this point you have a payment period of 14 days (no working days) to pay the goods. For stock items, this deadline already applies from the time of order. After we receive the payment, the shipping starts. This is valid for pre-order items, reorder items as well as stock items.

If the payment is not made after the deadline, we will send you a reminder email. You will receive a reasonable response time to respond & / or initiate the payment. If there is no reaction from the customer, we decide depending on the scope of the order the right to take legal action.

Important notice: Your purchase orders are binding, since our purchase orders from wholesalers are binding as well.

When do I have to pay for pre-order items?

Pre-orders can be paid by Pay Later or in advance. You as a customer will be informed by us by mail, if the goods are there and must be paid, if this has not been paid.

Payment in advance:

• You pay in advance by bank transfer and receive the goods conveniently after receipt of payment delivered to our home.

Pay Later (Pay Later is only valid for pre-order items!):

• The Pay Later option is only available if you order the pre-order item separately. A combination with other pre-order items is not possible. This is related to the different release dates and the associated shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: An order with Pay Later and advance payment must not be combined!

Cast study: ,,I would like to combine and order pre-order items and / or reorder items with pre-order items."

Solution: You have to pay by bank transfer for the entire shopping cart! You can not say that you only want to pay for the available items from the order and that you will be able to pay later for the preorder items via Pay Later.

Not payment of the goods after a binding order:

We ask our customers to enter an open and honest dialogue with us. If a payment is not made when it is due, we will send a reminder – if payment still is not made during the following process, we reserve the right to take legal action. Any overdue fines are to be covered by the customer.

However, we would prefere to find a different solution with you.

WICHTIG: Deine Bestellungen sind rechtsverbindlich, da auch unsere Bestellungen bei unseren Großhändlern rechtsverbindlich sind!

Das 14 tägige Rücktrittsrecht ab der Warenlieferung bleibt unberührt. Kommt es jedoch dazu, dass ein Kunde innerhalb eines halben Jahres 3x seine Bestellungen storniert, so wird sein Konto unbegrenzt für weitere Bestellungen gesperrt. Diese Maßnahme dient dem Zweck, den Preiskampf unter den Händlern zu unterbinden und auch unsere Wirtschaftlichkeit vor Schade zu schützen.
