Good Status

  • In stock: The goods are in our stock and you can order them. After receipt of payment, the shipping starts immediately. A detailed description of the ordering process can be found under "Order process".

 

  • Pre-order: You can pre-order goods with this status for a fee. You can buy pre-orderable goods like stock goods from us. The difference, however, is that the product is not available until the release date and is currently not yet in our stock. Thus, you ensure the goods in advance, which will be available in the future. Not infrequently figures and goods appear in limited editions, so that just this option gives you the opportunity not to wait too long for your desired items or even to get one. Even our major suppliers need planning security and usually order after the pre-orders of the dealers, i.a. Allblue World + a small safety stock. For this reason, it may make sense to pre-order goods where there is a risk of high demand. We will inform you as soon as the goods arrive. Important: Since release dates are often moved, it can happen that the given date shifts backwards. Weeks or even months are not uncommon. Nevertheless, we always keep you "up to date" in terms of status. If there are bottlenecks in the delivery of a product or if our supplier has to shorten an order, the oldest orders will be served first. At the same time, when we notice a reduction, we immediately take care of procuring the quantities that have been removed from our other suppliers, so that everyone can receive their pre-ordered goods as quickly as possible.           Pre-order items can for the shipping area Germany in advance or
ordered by Pay Later!
          Pre-orders from abroad must be paid in advance!

 

  • Backorder: Goods with this status you can pay (just press the "Add to Cart" button) the same like articles form 'In stock'. A backorder delivery can take a little longer than on ordenary order of 'In stock' articles, because we have to reorder the goods at our suppliers. Rarely it can happen that goods are no longer available. If this happen, we will inform you immediately by mail that the article can't be delivered anymore and you will receive the already paid money asap back. Important: Backorder articles have a delivery times of a few days to a month. It depends on our supplier. You are also welcome to inquire about the delivery dates in advance by e-mail: kontakt@allblue-world.de or by phone: 02191/7891347.

         

          IMPORTANT for Backorder articles:

          The goods must be paid directly!

After receipt of your payment, we order the goods from our supplier!

 

  • Sold out: This product is no longer in stock and can no longer be obtained from our wholesalers. We take a look for you, if you are interested in any article from our shop who is sold out. From time to time there is a Re-run of old articles possible. If this it is the case, we offer them in our shop. When you are interested in a sold-out article, please contact us at kontakt@allblue-world.de. We try our best to get this article for you..

 

  • Order stop: These goods had the status pre-orderable. The release of this article is not yet be taken and the article can actually not be ordered anymore. All quantities we ordered before have been ordered by our customers.
