  BUT: Unlike our first shop, our new shop only informs you that the release date is delayed by one month. This is now an automatic process. If the original release date of your ordered item has been reached, but the item is not yet available / in our stock or in the inflow, the release date shifts back automatically by one month and send you a mail with the information. The new shop system do like this until we receive the article and release it for delivery.
  
  This means that you will be not informed about the real new delivery date (just when this moves back more than one month). We just inform you from month to month about the schedule shift. For a information about the real delivery date, please contact us by mail or telephone.

  BUT: The condition is that you pay all items in advance. You have no possibility to order pre-order items via 'Pay Later' option and backorder and / or stocked items directly. In this case everything has to be paid directly.
  
  If this is not your favor, you must order pre-order articles with a single order and select 'Payment in advance / Pay Later' as the payment method.

• Yes, our shop system calculates the shipping costs for all items who are available and calculates seperatly the shipping costs for each pre-order item. The shipping costs of each article will then be included in the total shipping costs of the invoice. This is nesseccary, cause pre-order article have different release dates and each delivery are included with shipping costs.

• The 'Pay Later' payment option is open for all customers from germany and means that you can pay the pre-order when the ordered articles are in stock.
  
  Customers from abroad don't have anymore this option than standard. BUT: If a customer from abroad has ordered 3 times with a successful completion of the transaction, we can also open him the 'Pay Later' payment option. When you reached 3 successful finished orders, please contact us if you are interested in the 'Pay Later'option. We do like that, cause we have get in the past a lot of foreign fake orders. Each fake order causes an economic damage for us. This solution is just to protect us.

• If you have ordered a stocked and / or an backorder article, you have 14 days for payment from the date of order.
  If 14 days are passed after you order you will be notified by mail on an outstanding payment and receive a reasonable grace period of 3 days for the payment.

• Backorder articles are not at out stock, but are stocked at our suppliers.
  
  You order the backorder article at our shop. The procedure: After receiving the payment from you, we order this article at our supplier. The condition is that you pay the article within 14 days from the date of order. We backorder only the item after receipt of payment.
  
  You can combine an backorder article with an stocked article in one order and pay just 1 times the shipping costs. After we receive your payment, we order the backorder article and store separately the stocked item. When the backorder article has received our warehouse, we put the stocked and the backordered article into your package and send it to you.
